Sara Mak

Sara joins the Trustee board as the charity shares its exciting plans for the future with supporters and local stakeholders.  With a professional background in public relations, digital content, corporate social responsibility and charity fundraising and events, she is keen to help the board deliver on its strategic plan. 

By creating and delivering a fundraising and donor programme she aims to ensure that the Centre remains at the heart of the community and here for future generations to enjoy. 

Sara is a part-time quirky artist, has an art therapy qualification and has previously submitted artwork for the 20x20 exhibition. Sara grew up in North Wales and worked in London before moving back 'up north' with her young family 21 years ago.
